Pony-tailed man clearly needs a better hobby

Police have released security camera video after syringes were found tied to doors at Toronto City Hall.

Security staff found the syringes at Nathan Phillips Square on Oct. 25 and Nov. 1, police said Tuesday.

The syringes were found on the front doors of City Hall. Two syringes were attached with blue ribbons each time, police said.
